How to Request Deletion

To delete account and player data stored by Lunatics, email admin@rallymenow.com with the subject "Lunatics Data Deletion Request".

Include at least one item that helps us identify the account:

• Your RMN ID or public player page URL.
• The sign-in method you used, such as Email, Google, Discord, or LINE.
• The email used for sign-in, or a contact method that can receive mail for that account.

What We Delete or Anonymize

• Profile data, RMN ID, nickname, titles, avatar, status message, and display settings.
• Friends, bookmarks, inbox, messages, and notification state.
• Tavern progress such as Luna, reputation, check-ins, and mini game records.
• Public cards, chat messages, and report-related content that can reasonably identify you, depending on context.

Processing Time

After receiving a request, we first confirm that the requester controls the sign-in account or public player page. Deletion or anonymization is usually completed within 30 days after confirmation. Some records may be retained longer when needed for safety, abuse investigations, moderation, or legal obligations.
